1. I have lost 4 pounds since Aug 1st 2. I have used 2 of my cheat day already and I have one more I'm using tomorrow. 3. I weigh over that and I fast walk for .5 miles then jog for a 1 mile @ 5.2 MPH. When I first started I was doing 1 mile then I went up to 2 miles a day for 3-4 days a week. The HRM is always more accurate then MFP, it calculates your info. - weight, height, gender, HR, etc. MFP only goes by your weight, height, gender and gives you an average calorie burn for your weight. as for the veggies, I am going to have a sandwich topped with lots of veggies and tonight for dinner I'm gonna make a tomato cucumber salad. I do the same things with my snack, I buy the snack bags and write the calories/fat on them. This helps me a lot. I also buy the 100 calorie snack packs too. :smile:

My low cal breakfast is the liquid eggs or egg whites w/tomatoes & ketchup, 2 wheat toast w/ fat free cream chesse & tomatoes & green tea. Sometimes I subsitute oatmeal for the egg. This is what I have most days but there are times that I have leftovers from the night before.

I love Zumba too, I do the DVD's at home they were so easy to learn. I do it 5 days a week, mix up the DVD's. I have lost 26lbs since I started on March 28. I want to get the NEW DVD's since I only have the older ones. It is so much fun.

I use the fat free ranch or fat free Italian dressing on some of my veggies, but I love to put lemon and a little bit of salt on cucumbers and tomatoes. I LOVE TOMATOES!!

I think this is so true! The inside of our house is painted baby blue & our plates, bowls & cups are all blue. I think you can do it!! I was able to loose 22 lbs in a month, hard work and a complete change in diet & of course I do Zumba 5 days a week. I know if you set your mind & body to it you can accomplish anything. Good Luck :-)
