Completely, honest.....probably the same. I am so aware of my weight in social situations, I hate to shop for clothes, and I hate to have my picture taken for fear of what I will see. I want to look in the mirror and like what I see, instead of avoiding the mirror.

I still count it as water. I use the walmart brand packets, 1 per day split between two bottles. I try to give myself goals for the water I drink. I try to drink a bottle with breakfast, one between lunch and breakfast, one at lunch, one between lunch and dinner, one at dinner, etc. That way I have a time goal.

5'5" 140lbs is NOT fat. Maybe you just need to tone up. Guess it depends on your frame. If you are comfortable with your weight then you don't need to lose weight. Do not do it for other people, it will only make you unhappy. Do it for yourself if you even think you need to.

I weigh every Monday and Friday so I have an idea before heading into the weekend and then again on Monday to get me motivated through the work week.

I have heard Shred is awesome. I use Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start AND Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout together. Really gets your heart pumping!

I don't recommend the reebok easytones. I got a pair for mother's day last year and used to walk 2.5 miles per day on a paved trail and wore a whole in one of the air pockets within 2 months.

I have made a big pot of soup over the weekend and it will last me the entire week. You can do chicken and vegetables or just a vegetable soup. It is very low calorie.

Are you used to drinking caffeine? I get headaches for the first few days bc I am not drinking soda anymore but the headaches eventually go away....
