You didn't offend. I am just saying that 500 mg of sodium is not high if you go by the 2500mg guideline.

I did not do well this week :( 185 minutes of cardio 70 minutes of strength total of 255 (not 360 :( ) And did not do well on my water this weekend. Did well until the weekend came and just forgot to drink....... I WILL DO BETTER NEXT WEEK!!!

Also, the sodium in the cheese and sandwich thin is 490. Just a sandwich thin and cheese wedge have just as much sodium as a whole lean cuisine/healthy choice meal.

400-600 mg of sodium in one meal is not bad. Daily intake in my diary shows 2500 mg per day. An average of 500 mg of sodium in one meal is only 1/5 of that daily total. How is that bad? The sodium in lean cuisines are not that bad compared to some other lunches. During work, I bring supplies to make a turkey sandwich and cape cod chips or veggie straws. I order the chicken taco salad without the shell and usually ask for the sour cream on the side. I LOVE MEXICAN TOO! I could eat it everyday! CHIPS AND CHEESE DIP ARE MY WEAKNESS!

I order a chicken taco salad without the shell so it is basically lettuce, chicken, tomato, cheese, sour cream. You could leave off the cheese or sour cream (I wouldn't leave off both, would be kind of blah :) )

You are busting your butt and it will pay off. Try to remember that and stay positive. Hard to do when the scale is evil but YOU ARE DOING AWESOME! I wish I busted my butt as much as you are! Hmmm, not sure then, maybe aerobics?? That usually gives a lower calorie burn than circuit training (if I remember from playing around with it) I don't have that one, I have Last Chance Workout and 30 day jump start which are cardio and strength.
