I should mention, I have a friend that did it too and was able to do it for almost a year and lost over 100 lbs and has kept most of it off so it does work for some people :)
-
I did but it also included a 500 calorie diet. I lost probably 30 lbs before I had to stop because I couldn't afford it anymore. It was $80 per week. I unfortunately gained it all back...........
-
bump! I can't make myself get up either. Guess it would help if I went to bed before midnight :)
-
But remember BMR is the calories needed at rest and does not include the calories needed for daily activity (work, etc)
-
2lbs a week would require you to burn 4480 calories during exercise/normal activity in addition to the 1200 calorie diet.

I agree. Confront her. She should not have posted that about you unless she is willing to say it to your face. Sorry for your pain.
-
Me! Not from Kentucky though :)
-
It is definitely a good workout. Makes me sweat :)
-
What kind of tortillas do you use? Mine are 130 calories.......
-
Congrats on YOUR success!

Haha!! By the time I am done I will lose MORE than the weight of my 12 year old :) Say goodbye to those extra kids we are carrying around!
-
Just remember that it will likely take longer to lose that last 30 lb than it did the first 50. You can do it and you will be so happy you did. We are all here for you!!

I log it as circuit training if it is cardio. The last chance workout dvd has a cardio section and an upper body and lower body sections. I log the cardio and lower body as circuit training since they both get my heartrate up but the upper body workout does not so I log it under cardio as calisthenics. I don't want to…

my morning walks seem to keep me regular.

Bump!

bump!!

Remember that is if you did exactly the same thing for 5 weeks. I saw someone's post yesterday saying that she started tracking it and she stays 100 calories up or down from the original and it did come out right on target. I haven't tried to track bc my days are never the same with calories and exercise.
-
I agree
-
Not sure about where you are going but the last time I went out to eat (Chili's), I had the chicken caeser salad without croutons. Calories were 710 WITH croutons so it was in the 600s without the croutons.

THANK YOU!!
-
Umm, yes! I can definitely see a difference!

Great reminder that THAT is in your body and needs to get out :)

TOM or (don't want to be gross but......) maybe you need to go to the bathroom.......lots of factors. Give it a couple of days and check again. Don't let this stop you!
