OK so I just did the Biggest Loser cardio max DVD That I asked about an hour or so ago. I assumed Level 2 would be "easier" because it was shorter then level 1...Then I had a DOH! moment and reminded myself that it was LEVEL 2 for a reason! lol.

needless to say it kicked my *kitten*! I was sweaty and tired before the "warm-up" was even over!

Now...what do I log it as?! I dont have a HRM so I cannot enter it in manually.

    Somone said under cicuits.... I wanna get a HRM for that reason, so much more accurate!

    i thought circuit training was for cardio mixed with strength training?
    this was just cardio. some lunges but thats it

    Hmmm, not sure then, maybe aerobics?? That usually gives a lower calorie burn than circuit training (if I remember from playing around with it)

    I don't have that one, I have Last Chance Workout and 30 day jump start which are cardio and strength.

    I log stuff like that under "Calisthenics". Oh, and I hate to tell you this, but I thought level one was much harder than level two.

    Two words. Plyo lunges.
