I like it!!! Running with hubby has helped our relationship in ways I never imagined I get a day off tomorrow (even though its with a sick boy) My grandpa is still with us Kids are doing good in school I've kept up exercise and feel great on days I do it We have all we need to have a comfortable life.

Welcome to our group!! I don't currently do the shred. I did until school started up and teaching, running, family has taken priority right now but I plan to start up again someday ☺ good luck! Don't get discouraged!!! Take breaks. Be NICE to yourself.

That's awesome!!! I got that feeling about 3 weeks ago! Startd running beginning of June, finished the run a 3 k and run a 5k recently. Running 2 miles/6 days a week currently. Keep it up!!

5am m-f run 2-3 miles. 6am sat run 2-3 miles. Sunday is rest day. Getting up is a challenge but the reward of extra energy is a great payoff!!

Yes!!! It was one of the first things I noticed when I lost 20-30 lbs. I freeze all the time!!!!!!! Even if its 100 outside and the thermostat is set to 75, if I'm just watching tv I have on socks and a blanket! Haha!

New underwear!!!! I like new panties and was thrilled when I could buy from Victorias Secret. LOL it's those small things you don't think of until it happens...... Then it's like CRAP this is new! Way to go!

I sweat from my legs, arms, and back of my neck. It's odd and weird!!! When I get home from a run my car seat is soaked and so are my shorts. LOL. I will post hubby's cuz it's hilarious.......he gets AWFUL gas when we run or do the 30ds. It's almost constant sometimes :laugh:
