What should my protein intake be at per day? Also- what are some good sources of insoluble fiber while trying to keep my carbs lower?

I say make sure you are taking recovery time between workouts. I'm not 'old' but I do know that if I don't take time to recover I pay for it later. I, too, am sore all the time no matter what but if it's so bad that it's bothering your daily activities 3 days later then you need to let your body recover
