Chris Powell Bootcamp DVD??

Progress so far

It's vanished
The motivation I've had since June had vanished. I'm still eating right. The exercise side of things?? It flew out the window with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis in my spine. New to fitbit flex, help needed!
I bought a fitbit flex today and I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed trying to figure it all out. If you have one, when do you sync with your app or does it automatically sync during the day?
