Well, we have successfully done the shred on Monday and Tuesday. Hubby must be accident prone, his ankle is swollen and hurts so I made him take tonight off. So far this week I've ran Sunday, Monday, Wednesday I'm kinda bored with the shred even though I know it gets results. I'm pissed at myself for feeling that way

I hear ya. Hubby and I were doing awesome and then he got hurt. After that we go for a day or 3, then I just have no motivation. I still love my running so I think I'm bored. Stick round here :-)

I love your rule of only eating what you bring!!!!!! We have monthly treat days then several fun themed lunches. It seems like if I avoid the lounge I'm safe, but then I eat alone those days. My dept head has a chocolate drawer in her room and that's hell to stay out of. I am adopting your rule!!! Love it!!

This is where I'm confused, one post telling me I'm too close to maintence and several saying my calorie intake is too low ???? I felt more competent on low carb ???? although I know it's not healthy.

Could be too much salt and not enough water, muscles are dehydrated. If you don't have it, read Dr Atkins New Det Revolution. I felt better when I started taking the recommended supplements. Magnesium will help, but potassium will help more, since your naturally not getting enough potassium through your diet now.

Thanks ladies!! I know it may be a silly NSV, but I have always been thin..... Well, til 11 yrs ago. When I was over weight, before I got pg with my son 5 yrs ago, I still had nice legs.......2nd pregnancy added the saddle bags and I've always hated them!!! It was sort of a shock to realize that they are almost gone now!
