Those meals and bars are ok once in awhile, but I ALWAYS gained when I went overboard on the bars. Also, I have issues, no matter the diet, when I have too much artificial sweeteners. I shall when I drink crystal light on a regular basis.

After 2 yrs and a 10 month plateau on Atkins phase 1, I VERY slowly increased carbs. 20 up to 30. 30 to 40. It took a lot of mental effort to add carbs back in. I still only consume, on average, 50-75 carbs per day. I guess what I learned the most from atkins was that I needed to eat better. I still don't eat breads and…

My digital was actually more accurate than my analog. I switched to a Fitbit Aria and LOVE IT.

I don't have anyone for help with establishing strength goals. Time, money, and location restrains make it difficult to get to an actual gym as well. We have a gym that does crossfit, but it's $100/month. :-(

Remember: it wasn't 1 bad day, or even 2 days that got you to the point you are at now. So 1 or 2 bad days will not undo all your hard work. Just pick up and go on.

Yea my best time for a 5k was 10:45 min per mile. I'm slow. Asthma meds helped a lot due to not being diagnosed as a child. But hey didn't help a ton..

I do want to add- I've read a lot on body dysmorphia over the years and I wonder just how long it will take my brain to catch up with my body. I know it takes awhile, and I thought with slower weight loss maybe my brain would adjust a bit easier. I'm thinkin not.
