My rule for work related eating is this: if I didn't bring it to work, I do not eat it. Simple as that. That way I know exactly what I'm eating every day

I've been running since June..........my pace when I started was around 15-16 minutes/mile. When I started I had never run before. VERY slow. I am now only up to 12:49 min/mile average BUT I run 2.3-2.4 miles per day. Some days more struggle than others. Take it real slow. Build endurance first and the rest will follow.

For me to 'get into it' I had to have good shoes. I had several problems with what I thought were decent running shoes (boy was I wrong!) and hubby did too. Started Run a 5k program in June with my husband. We ran our first official 5k this past Saturday. Normally we run 2.3-2.5 miles every morning, due to time constraints.

I am 5'7" and have a large bone structure. I started at 235 lbs and a very tight 18 women's/ XXL top. I've lost 64 lbs and I'm down to a size 12 (some brands are still tight) and a size L top.

I don't sweat from my head or face, so many people think I don't at all. I haven't sweat as much as I do since I started running this summer. My arms, neck, back and legs drip sweat like you wouldn't believe! When I get back from a run, my car seat is very wet!!
