I've tried a recipe on a box of a HeartSmart Bisquik mix. It was pretty good. Maybe if u buy one if those gadgets that monitor your heartbeat you can see if you really are burning calories. I've read in Cosmo & Womans World magazines that sex isn't really considered cardio or a exercise that u can count towards calorie burn. Kinda how they don't count strength training here on MFP. I swear our bodies are just strange sometimes. We gain and lose in different areas. I wish I would lose the "newer" fat before my older fat. Id much rather lose my gutt first rather then my butt and boobs. That's just a shame! We just gotta work harder to make our old clothes and clothe sizes fit us again correctly.

I agree with how u may slow your metabolism by not eating enough. Before I started MFP I think mine was dormant. The more I ate good food & exercised the more it "woke up" and I began losing. If you end up under your calorie goal at the end of the day by adding your exercises I think its ok, if its only abt 200 or less. If…

Do you think it matters WHEN you drink the water? I work as a parking attendant & have to wait for my bathroom breaks. So instead of drinking water during my work day I wait til I'm home. Also, I drink a lot of Wylers sugarfree drink mix. Is that cosidered water? I always feel like it isn't bcz it has dyes & flavoring. ???
