Great advice girly. Sometimes in the morning when Im getting ready I look at the clock and I say to myself maybe I'll jst go grab a sweet tea or breakfast sandwhich at mcdonalds since I dont see myself having time to make something myself and refill my water bottle.... Girl I love salt but its sooo bad! Lol You cant control premade foods, but u can try to drink more water. In know its tough tho cuz when I cook I use salt. But now I try to season more with garlic or onion powder and more herbs. I think what u can try to do is just drink lots more water to get the salt outta your system…

Well while riding I do arm exercises too to try to get my whole body engaged. The handle bars dont move, its a old bike but it still works fairly well. Thanks....I will think abt my intensity next time.
