I love the white tuna packages (2.5oz) mixed with 1 TBSP of garlic hummus!
I just eat it with a spoon and fresh veggies....so tasty and filling!

Instead of the mayo, I use plain non-fat yogurt when I make my tuna salad. Cuts down the calories a lot. I like adding boiled egg whites to the mixture too.

I like my tuna with dill relish....

    1 Can of Tuna
1 T of Low Cal Mayonaise
    2 T of DILL Relish
    Salt & Pepper to taste.
Mix Tuna 3x Longer than u normally would.
Whip, Mash, do whatever, but mix it VERY well.
Seems the longer its mixed the more the tuna tastes better.
Serve on your favorite whole wheat bread with a light spread of mayo on each peice of bread. Add Some green leaf lettuce and sliced tomatos for a pretty presentation. Yummy. :)
