If you give your body more protein the sugar cravings tend to do down. Next time you have one try eating something high in protein! :)

I learned that it can actually be FUN to work out!! I also learned that some foods only tasted good because my body didn't know the difference!!

Yes eat your calories burned but I would get a heart rate monitor so you know exactly how many calories you really burned. This sight is so off!!! I did step today and mfp said I burned almost 600 calories when my HRM said 400.

I too think it is jealousy! I have people who ask me if I'm starving myself too. They just don't get it! There are a lot of foods out there that you can eat AND lose weight!

I think that you should just eat right, drink a lot of water (more than 8 glasses a day), exercise, and be patient!!!!! It WILL happen! I lost 60 pounds the old fashioned way! Most of the time your body is just dehydrated when you feel hungry and really just needs some water!

I don't agree with using suppressants unless you plan on taking them forever. I try to eat a lot of protein throughout the day it really helps to curve my hunger and cravings.

Thank you...I have been using my HRM to enter calories. It just makes me wonder now if that is why I may have been at a stand still with my weight loss cause of entering too many calories in to computer before. It is a huge difference some days.

Ok so I didn't read all of the post cause I'm really wanting to get to sleep but wanted to say I LOVE cottage cheese. I eat it in my salads, it allows me to use half the amount of dressing. I also mix it with yogurt! Both ways are yummy and it's a good way to get some extra protein and calcium. :)

Mine was when my size 16 paints started to become too tight! I refused to buy a size 18 so instead I got my butt in gear and am now buying size 8! :) Plus I knew that the lifestyle I was leading was not a very healthy one for my kids either! So I changed it all!

I would also say it's a personal choice. I really like to eat protein bars. They fill me up much better than other snacky foods. Plus they help me make my protein goals! I eat Luna and Zone brands. Love them! :)

I actually really like my shoulders! I've been doing body pump and have noticed that they have become more defined! Ha I went out and bought shirts that show them off!!! :)

You need to eat a lot of protein in order to not lose muscle mass. I try to eat more protein on the days I do heavy lifting at the gym.
