For breakfast, I tend to eat the same things. But if I eat the same things, it's not for convenience, it's because I really like the food/dish. Otherwise I like variety in my diet.

It took me 3 months to lose the first 15 lbs. Those are also pounds that I had put on fairly quickly (in 5 months).

Thanks for all the feedback, ladies. I figured I would continue my focus on weight loss (BF loss) and the tummy fat should follow (since most of my workouts work the belly as well). When I'm closer to goal, perhaps then I'll focus more on the core? I'll see as I get there. I have a way to go (about 20 lbs left).

I gave up nothing. If I feel like having anything, I'll have it, as long as I can fit it in my day. Once I start thinking "I cannot have this," I become obsessed with it.

Thanks! I mix it up already so I hope it works in my favor. I lift, not heavy though (at home, with dumbells). Perhaps some day I'll get that chance. How often did you do your ab work? (Crunches, sit-ups, etc.)

I eat 1700+ cals/day. At the beginning, it felt like a lot but now pfff it's nothing. I can't wait to get to maintenance so I can eat 2000+ daily and be fine!! Can you tell me enjoy food verrrry much? Lol Anyone can add me. I log daily!
