Greek yogurt packs a lot of protein.....that's what I eat to stay around 100 grams if I'm lacking.

I too was eating too few calories, now I'm at 1200 a day or a little less. However, I have increased my protein to about 90 grams a day, has really sped up my metabolism. I'm losing about 1.5 pounds a week, wish it was more but it's consistent.

Try eating more protein...it fills you up, satisfies you, and helps increase your metabolism.

Eat it whether you want to or not! Lots of protein....egg beaters and turkey sausage, it jump starts your metabolism. Read/search "fueling metabolism"......need protein steadily throughout the day. You should be hungry in the morning provided you didn't eat too much the day before!
