^^^^^ lolol well i only eat chicken, turkey and seafood. i strongly dislike pork and beef and anything else out of my comfort zone. i dont add butter to anything nor eat it, i dont have fast food and if im in a situation where i "have to" eat out, i'll go for salads or fruit or whatever healthier options they carry. i try…

if 1650 is your maintenance then technically no you shouldn't be gaining from eating over 1500, you might gain water weight at first if it's a huge jump but i don't really understand the difference in your situation.

i add sauce afterwards lol.

honestly i eat the same breakfast everyday and it keeps me full for hours. i'll eat before school, leave and can't even eat lunch because i'm still full (3 hours later-ish). all i have is 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup almond milk and a banana (around 270 cals). i used to do this with water and no banana, aka only around 150…

usually 40-60g, sometimes more sometimes less. i don't even track it i had to pull it up just for this LOL

i do this but with cream of wheat. i love oatmeal but cream of wheat is nice and creamy, and i microwave it for a bit longer to make it more dry-ish, it tastes like soft sugar cookies.. yum. 100 calories per packet (for the original flavour), planning to try their other flavors as well

i kind of have this problem but with diet drinks. i've started to restrict myself because it seems too excessive, i probably still have 0.5-1L a day but whatever

yup. ordered a pair of prescriptions a few months ago, Ray-Bans. when i was trying to buy them in store, everywhere they wanted at LEAST $400, and kept trying to throw more "offers". i ended up finding the exact same pair for 140$ - this included frames, lenses, shipping+handling, UV protection+anti-reflect+scratch…

my god, anything really. pies, cookies, cakes, ice cream, fries, anything that i enjoy, to have 0 calories would be literally amazing. i'd probably eat it all day everyday and live off of it. sad but honest. i actually really hope that one day we can find a way to make foods not contain calories or something, i know it's…

this probably isn't helpful at all but i was the opposite, i had horrible stretch marks before losing weight and once i lost it they started to fade from red to pink and now they're white/hardly visible.. i've used vitamin e oil in the past but that's supposedly to "prevent" them so i have no clue

i recently discovered something i love, it's tuna noodle "casserole" basically i used shirataki tofu noodles (40 calories a bag) and boiled them, put them in a baking dish and mixed with alfredo sauce, tuna (1 can), 1 chopped tomato and scallions. topped it all with grated parmesan cheese and baked at 425 for 25 minutes. i…

tons of veggies and fruit have a lot of fiber, there's brands specific to meet your fiber goals (ex. fiber one cereal or granola bars) etc. look some up!

i've never enjoyed water, my parents never made me drink it growing up so im really not used to it. i never liked diet drinks either, because i preferred all my sugary iced teas etc. now after dieting etc it's literally a must in my life and i have a cup or two a day (diet sprite, 7up and mountain dew are the bomb dot com)
-
like said previously, i only weigh food im cooking myself (meats, veggies, etc). i never thought about weighing packaged foods but when it comes down to it i don't care all that much, their labels are estimates anyways and i can afford to be a few grams off. i absolutely love my food scale though, before it i really had no…

it could just be water weight, it's really hard to maintain 1200 cals/day for an extended period of time for some people because a lot of people binge etc. that being said, i've lost 60 lbs on 1200 and less (extremely sedentary/dont work out/etc). to each their own though, whatever satisfies you and your lifestyle! no…
