  • greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder and 1/4 cup nut butter. apple pie. chocolate muffins. i basically have it everyday, sometimes cookies or other sugary goodness. love maintenance.
  • you're averaging at like 1200 calories which is still making you lose weight. the lowest you should even be eating would be 1300 which is your BMR, how much calories your body would burn if you laid in bed all day.. change your settings to maintenance on mfp, put in your activity level and see how much it tells you.
  • i usually like to eat "the real thing" instead of alternatives to dishes but i've done this before with eggplant and zucchini and it was seriously delicious. i prefer it over "regular" lasagna because i can add more cheese and sauce since there's no pasta. i panfried the veggies beforehand though to speed up the cooking.…
  • greek yogurt with sunflower seed butter apple pie ice cream because i luv snacking
  • frozen pizza fridays are my kinda thing. mother's day dinner @ Kelseys. vegetarian burger with added cheese + fries quite obviously not a "meal" but sigh, quest bars. i'd have them everyday if they weren't so damn expensive.
  • ouch.. that dinner barely looks like 100 cals :ohwell: dont deprive yourself pls.
  • breakfast: oatmeal variations as usual (coconut, chocolate, pumpkin, whatever i fancy) lunch: protein powder creations (protein pancakes, protein bars, whatever else) dinner: gnocchi, shrimp, fish & chips & veggies, pizza, tuna with mac & cheese (no, not all at once LOL) snacks: ice cream, pillsbury cookies / cinnamon…
  • i don't even want to know how many calories i under/over estimated before my food scale. i bought it with intentions to use it for food that i'm preparing myself (chicken breast, rice, whatever) but was curious with pre-packaged foods too. most of the time i get less product than stated which isn't a total loss because…
  • agreed im not a large bread enthusiast but i love nut butters. homemade raw cashew butter is my #1 because it tastes like cookie dough. roasted almond butter, sunflower seed butter, and roasted peanut butter are other ones i enjoy making. i need to try some more but i don't think anything will ever top my cashews

  • frozen pot pie, frozen fries. yay 4 laziness :drinker:
  • tubes of raw cookie dough. basically one tube in a sitting. worst thing because of the cals/fat/etc and all the warnings of not eating raw dough. but also the best thing ever. :drinker:
  • most of my fiber comes from veggies, oat bran, cocoa, and products that state "fiber" on the package (quest bars, wraps, etc) oh yeah beans too but I don't enjoy that....gas.
  • cheat life* once you get into maintenance. :drinker:
  • meh couple of hours before bed just so everything digests nicely and i don't feel icky while laying down and being stuffed
  • lol i take pictures of my food with my dslr and post them is there a problem ??????
  • kraft wins my heart over everytime nothing beats my little blue boxes of artificial goodness sorry :brokenheart:
  • one "bad" or "unhealthy" meal wont make you fat, just like one "healthy" or "good" meal wont make you skinny. you'll probably end up gaining temporary weight the next day either way because of the amount of sodium in chinese buffets. in the long run it won't affect your progress so please enjoy!
  • the things people do... i was watching some european show and a group of girls basically told their dieting "secrets". some were pretty standard, others weirder. then there was the girl who ate and drank her own feces/piss. i just. why.
  • i just love sweet things lol i have "real" sugar but also opt for sweeteners for lower cals etc. my way of living is just believing that almost anything can be 'bad' for you in one way or another and we all die in the end, positivity right? :drinker:
  • veggie eggrolls, asparagus, brussels & cucumber salad
  • every day is different for me, some days im at 1100, others 1500, and others 2300+. i track mine but don't really care if i go over, under, etc. i've noticed that if i go over 2000 i start to feel bloated even though i drink more than 8 cups of water a day but it doesn't bother me it's always temporary, not like im…
  • their products are all hit or miss. i've tried a lot when i was losing weight and they were alright, nothing that makes you jump and scream for joy but also not bad. would not recommend the peanut spreads at ALL. after reading reviews online ive realized that everyone has really mixed opinions, what some people hated i…
  • ^ egg white oatmeal is just simply cooking your oatmeal as usual and adding in egg whites (usually towards the end) to make it a creamier texture and adding protein. anyway, i always have to add cocoa, some cinnamon and sweeteners to mine to mask the eggy taste, it bothers me ;-; i use almond milk as well. i need to find a…
  • agreed with the food scale comments, i was underestimating my calories by a lot before i owned one. especially trying to measure nonliquids with measuring cups it just doesn't work. either way i accept that i probably overestimate or underestimate everyday because the numbers are sometimes just estimates but meh
  • i don't avoid anything, and i live by oatmeal - i've had it everyday for breakfast for a year. not because it's some super food or anything i just really love how it tastes and can't see myself eating anything else. i also always have to have at least a tablespoon of nut butter a day.
  • simple noodle soup with bok choy frozen pizza for one :drinker: proyo bowl: 175g greek yogurt and a scoop of protein powder (somewhere under there:laugh: ) w/ reese puffs, fudge caramel popcorn, cinnamon toast crunch and honey goldfish grahams
  • These are really low cal, I used to make them all the time but naturally got lazy. I haven't made them for a while now but had them constantly when I was losing weight (in maintenance now). My parents nag me to make them constantly and they're huge non-diet friendly people and love them lolz. Of course you can play around…
  • i used to love them when i was at 1200kcal/day lol obviously fit in quite easily but they weren't great-tasting or horrible. just neutral. now that i can pretty much fit almost anything into my meals id rather just use 'real' noodles, nothing else compares.
  • oh man i can't even choose. i guess it'd have to be cinnamon toast crunch, frosted flakes and reese's puffs in that order.
