i used to limit myself to only special k (which is delicious btw) but i've realized that almost every cereal box is the same, i don't really mind some extra sugar so i just go for whatever i desire, corn pops, cheerios, whatever. although i do usually eat my cereal dry, kind of as a treat.

around a month and a half without doing much either.

i'm allergic to kit-kats. i don't even know how this is possible, but i didn't believe it and tried several times - i'd consume 2+ in a day and every time i did i'd end up with ...well, having to run to the toilet constantly.

i absolutely hated vegetables and was a horribly picky eater, and now i can literally sit down with a bowl of cauliflower and asparagus and drool over it. other faves are eggplant and zucchini mmm.

i used to have it at least twice a week, i haven't had fast food for about 3 months

i've never gotten those comments personally, thank god. but when i hear people say "oh she's so pretty, she'd be even prettier if she lost weight/was skinny" it just annoys me how society's ideal perception of beauty is measured in weight lol

philadelphia strawberry cream cheese and strawberries or chocolate cream cheese + bananas of course nutella's better tasting but diet-wise the cream cheese works well

friends haven't really noticed, or when they do they say i look really good etc. my parents are really proud of me, but the rest of my family makes stupid eating disorder jokes and claim that i'm taking it too far etc. i can't even eat around them without them annoying me
-
anywho, you suck it all up and do the best you can. depriving yourself of everything will never work, everything has to be slowly worked into. you can't expect to eat junky everyday for a long period of time to becoming the healthiest eater, and maintaining it, overnight. set realistic goals and start off small and work…

to lose as much as possible to be honest, school's finally ending and the dreaded hot weather's coming out. need to be more comfortable with my body, this will probably the first summer in a while where i won't be hiding under sweatshirts/sweatpants.
-
i know how you feel. my whole family bugs me about my weight loss, i've lost 35lbs even though i wasn't really "fat" before, mostly chubby, but they still noticed. they complain about how unhealthy it looks etc. but i mean as long as you're certain that you're healthy don't worry about it.

Hunger-suppressing foods like peanut butter, oatmeal, apples etc. in the morning or for lunch helped me. My appetite has become so small and I get full really easily off of vegetables after my weight loss, seriously feels like my stomach's 1/4th of its size.

I wish I could weigh myself less than once a day, seriously it just fascinates me how many times the scale changes throughout the day. But I find it a lot easier the times I do wait an extra week or so, because I'm pleasantly surprised by the result most of the time.

Deliberately putting your body through an extreme calorific deficit or overworking your body. Basically, if it's literally controlling your life and thoughts/feelings/actions.

i used to weigh myself every week, but it's seriously gone to my head the closer i am to my goal. as soon as i see my scale near me i think hm......wonder how much it is now. going to have to start hiding it LOL.

nothing after 6 for me

i'm 5'11" and weigh 154ish and still want to lose more. it really depends what you're comfortable with - i'm definitely not stick skinny or fat, just in-between but i need to tone up etc.
