Hey sixelani, You dont need your butt kicked into gear. You've just been cheated on by someone who sounds like a complete douche. Just continue using the app, doing your walking and the weight will slowly fall off. Your motivation should be simple, lose weight, look and feel great and move out of the douche cave. Well done.

Could be any number of reasons. Faulty scales, water weight, muscle turned to fat (although I doubt you would build the exact amount of muscle as you have lost fat...). Make sure your only checking your weight once a week and do it at the exact same time e.g. morning and make sure your clothes are off or on, whatever…

Really? I.F. Says its not really about the food that you eat but more the times that you eat. However they say its obvious to use common sense and eat good whole foods, high proteins etc.
