I started RI30 today 12/30. It was challenging to say the least, but I am proud of myself for getting through it. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. My goal is to do it five times a week M-F.

I never knew. I just assumed people talking about overnight oats were talking about slow cooker oats. I do steel-cut oats in the slow cooker with just oats, water, milk, salt, and spices. Hi, If you keep scrolling down the page, there is a link for strength training on the same page you entered your cardio. After you click on it, there's a search box. Just enter your exercise and I assume there will be a place to fill in sets, rep, etc and it will give you your calories burned. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the warm welcome and good tips. I was able to find one of the Leslie Sansone walking DVDs at our public library, but will have to look harder for Richard Simmons. We had a good day and are now cooking supper and looking forward to a movie night with air-popped popcorn with judicious amounts of butter and salt.…
