I think that it's ok, but try not to concentrate so much on the fat content of your food. Focus instead on eating whole, clean foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, etc. As far as exercising goes, I'm not sure that exercising 45 minutes a day will be enough or not.
