So 60g of fat a day is sounding ridiculous to me,as I normally eat around 25 g of fat a day, is this amount valid? Also is exercising 45 mins a day enough to lose 20 pounds by the end of the year?( I'm 14,5 ft 8 in)

I think that it's ok, but try not to concentrate so much on the fat content of your food. Focus instead on eating whole, clean foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, etc. As far as exercising goes, I'm not sure that exercising 45 minutes a day will be enough or not. The general rule is that you need to burn more calories than you consume, so it really depends on how much you're eating.0

25g of fat is too low. 60g seems much more reasonable. If that's the goal MFP gave you then follow that.0
