Our go to smoothie for breakfast.... sounds weird but it is really good and healthy. Enouph for 2: 2 - 3 handfuls of baby spinach 1 banana juice of 3 granny smith apples juice of 1/2 lime 1 cup frozen blue berries Can't taste the spinach at all and its not to sweet I will sometimes add tofu if I have some.

How about an egg white omlette with lots of vegies and Laughing Cow cheese... quick and easy. Or omlette with a chopped up spicey black bean burger, like a taco omlette.

I do pushups against the counter in our bathroom here at work. Gotta get any excersize I can whenever I can.

Make a salad diced tomato, diced avacado, diced hearts of palm, add some lowfat italian dressing yum stuff with shrimp salad add to a sandwich ex: turkey and avacado 'no need for mayo then'

I hope you don't think this sounds creepy but this is what works for me. At work every time I use the bathroom I do an excersize. So I'll do my business, wash my hands then do 12 - 15 squats or plias or push ups 'against the counter'. Ok we have a larger restroom here but this plan we foundly refer to as the 'potty plan'…

I have a hard time with this same issue! I know I don't have a problem with alcohol its just I love red wine! I'm trying to drink decaf iced tea at night. Not only a huge calorie difference but the sugars in wine don't help me at all.

I made a quick salad at lunchtime. leftover green beans, tomato, cucumber, 2 tbls of black beans, 2 tbls italian dressing. Huge bowl of salad and yummy I also like baked sweet potatoes...I sprinkle cajun spices on top, my daughter loves them with cinamin sugar sprinkled on top.

OK this might sound weird but it works for me. I put my cottage cheese in a blender and add ranch dressing mix. Blend it up and you have fat free ranch to dip my vegies in.

When ever I feel stuffed I go for a nice walk it helps settle my stomach and I feel better Good luck. Gidget

Dianne I can so sympathize with you I am also 45 and last week I wanted to slap someone or something! I didn't even weigh in and I did eat some chocolate about 2 am! Arg all this is doing me no good anymore! I went online to see if there is a 'safe' way to end these cycles and of course not! LOL I feel much better this…

Marie.......Sorry is never enouph....we lost a brother after a 10 year battle with Melanoma and we still were not ready for the end when it came......I think he maybe was. Time helps and remember he wants you to be happy! My thoughts and prayers are with you! Gidget

ivykivy, I'm with you I live in Washington State and we have had very little winter weather this year! Kinda nice for a change, just not what we are accustomed to. Feeling guilty enjoying our unusually tame winter.

OK so I'm not a cold cereal fan, mainly for the same reasons stated here, there is no stay power. My fav. breakfast of late. 1/2 dry cup rolled oats 'not the quick cooking type' 2 tbs pecan pieces 1/2 apple diced Cover with hot water and Micro for 90 seconds Served with 2 tbls of sf syrup So yummy and I did not get hungry.…
