Hi I swim 15 mins every day after gym workout Id cover 30 lengths in that time! If Im not in the gym Id do 50 lengths in 20 mins! Its an 18m pool so not huge! Swimming is great for toning and stretching muscles!

I agree with the others! You are what you eat,exercise is great for toning you up and getting you fit but the table is the place you loose or gain.Stop depending or blaming other people for their lack of support,support yourself,you are your own best friend!

About 300-400 breakfast is my favourite meal of the day!!! I just love it I have oatmeal nuts honey fruit you name it its in there!I usually head off for a 12 mile bike ride after so I dont mind really!!

I always use a cap then again its a cloth cap because if I dont my hair will get into my eyes and also the strap of my goggles will pull my hair!!!!!! My colour will fade in the pool too!!
