Im a big berry fan!!I just like them I eat blueberries when I can get them like sweets,grow my own Tomato's,raspberries ,strawberries and Blackcurrants also have a couple of Apple trees there is no comparison to fruit picked from your own garden at least you know its free of any preservatives!!!

its been one month! keep doing what you are doing and see how it is in 6 months also get someone to take a photo of you in the same clothes standing in the same position every month even if you dont see it on the scales you could well see a big difference! well I eat every 3 hours if I dont Id be starving,I have protein at every snack I try to stick to 1500-1700 cals a day ,Im pretty active so that does help,but if I had to go for hours without eating I would be miserable!

That would be me! I eat every 3-4 hours,works for me,I can get very lightheaded if my blood sugar isint stable,Im not diabetic or anything its just it can drop too low then I get weak and dizzy!!! I stick around 1600 cals a day and I am fairly active so it works for me!!!!

weightloss takes time,you dont say what you need to loose.Dont cut your calories too drastically,in my experience exercise while toning and making you feel good it will not loose weight for you,its a slow journey,took time to gain weight it will take time to loose it,have patience dont kill yourself but keep going!!
