What I understand is 1200 is the minimum an average woman needs to stay alive!!!! look up Allrecipes.com! have a look at many different recipes according to your taste and you will see how you can cook using many different types of food,for example how to make a pizza from base to sauce to finish.I never thought I could do it and now I wouldnt think of buying one,thats just one example!best of luck!

fruit and raw veggies are fine,I just think if you do this all day and just have one good meal you might find you get very hungry,have some form of protein with your snacks and divide your calorie allowance up through the day,I find if I eat 6 times a day it keeps my blood sugar stable so Im not hungry!

To me eating clean is taking the raw ingredient or ingredients and turning it into a meal now that might not necessarily be the accepted way of eating clean I dont know,I make my own breads,casseroles pizzas ect from scratch,all I would use from a tin for example would be tomatos and Im hoping to have a crop of my own soon…

love my FT4 have used it for over a year now with no problems! just sayin I have used in the pool as well as for my bike and running and it works great wasnt that expensive about 90e here in Ireland!
