I'm just getting back on here after a hiatus. I'm looking to make some new friends. My current goals are to lower my bf% and drop about 15lbs.

Currently at 80% of my body weight (130/163) . I started 2 and a half months ago with just the bar so I'm pleased with moving up gradually. No set backs so far (knock on wood), but I stalled at around 100lbs so I could start going deeper. Hope to get to squat my bw by end of summer.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! You are a great inspiration to me as we are trying for our first. You look fantastic- keep kicking *kitten*!

I quit in December. I used those mini lozenges. They taste gross, but helped with the cravings during my most usual smoking times- coffee, driving, and drinking.

Not yet, but my FL is awesome!

My husband's uncle purchased it off the showroom floor in 1973 when he traded in his 1967 Mustang since the Maverick was supposed to be the next big thing. Whoops! The Mav is all original with only 114,848 miles on it. It's parked at our shop and once a day someone comes in wanting to buy it. lol

My 2002 Mercedes CLK320 is silver with black leather, wood grain, and dark tinted windows. She just hit 200,000 miles a couple weeks ago and runs great. LOVE not having a car payment so she won't be going anywhere. :) Hubs has a 4x4 Dodge Ram crew cab with a 6" lift and swampers. Also, have a 1974 Ford Maverick Grabber and…

THANK YOU!! You made my day with your awesome post! Your positive attitude and success are inspiring. This enables women like me not to feel guilty when enjoying cookies (or pizza n beer in my case). :drinker: Saw this recipe today- covers 3 of the food groups- chocolate, bacon, and whiskey :flowerforyou:…

Good for you! I hope you pressed charges. I had a crazy neighbor once- best advice I can give is to distance yourself as much as possible from them. And.....yea for lifting!

As far as keeping yourself entertained and busy, I'd suggest scheduling some workout time, trying out new recipes (or find a cooking class), volunteering at an animal shelter, do something touristy, rent a series on netlix (I like boardwalk empire, dexter, true blood). Good luck :)

I love our Costco! To echo the Wolfman- Costco give you a rebate every year for 2% (I may have to get the Amex since we have an exec membership and would like 10% too). My household is just my husband and I so we don't load up on ketchup and such, but we get great deals on meat and produce. Also, we buy a lot of the ready…

Just wanted to add that for the first time yesterday there were 2 other women in the weights section at my gym. And we were the only ones actually doing squats and/or deadlifts. Very inspiring!

I quit December 24th- I was really sick at the time so I didn't want one at all. Once I got to feeling better, the cravings were still strong (mentally) during things that I've always had a cigarette in hand during like coffee, driving, drinking, etc. I got some of those mini-lozenges- they taste disgusting so I think…

I quit smoking too as of December 24th. Yea! Feel free to add me as a friend. ETA: 1200 calories may or may not be the right amount of calories you need per day...you may want to calculate your TDEE first. I'll find the link and send it to you.
