    I feel like I'm writing a lot of my same old tired advice for newbs, so I'm bumping my own thread about it so I don't have to keep writing it.

    All of it holds true, except now I've transitioned to maintenance and maintained using the same exact tips, nothing more, nothing less. :bigsmile:

    This is great. I have 2 bits of advice for anyone starting off
    Firstly take a before photo, I will never forgive myself for refusing to do mine. You'll want to see how far you came.

    Secondly, the money you were going to spend on the latest crazy fad diet/pill/books, save it in a jar. You will want it to buy jeans that don't fall down when the weight comes off!
