Some people do have bigger bones than others. And I don't mean in length but in width. I am very petite compared to my younger sister. I am 5'4 and 123 lbs and she is about 5'7 and 150 lbs. I don't want to enter a percent. I want to enter Calories and how many grams and let the percent adjust itself. But it doesn't let me adjust grams. The percent gets auto calculated and it doesn't add up to the grams that were made for me.

\ Is there a way to plug in the grams when in Custom on MFP? Only lets me change the % and that doesn't reflect the correct grams of Carbs/ Proteins/ Fats that were made for me. Thanks :)

Interesting responses. I've had my RHR as high as 99bpm. Looks like cardio is the key to lowering it for sure... You would think the fact that I do work out would lower it as opposed to those who don't but I guess not! I still break a crazy sweat weight lifting.

Interesting. Do you drink coffee? My doctors just tell me that's what it is. I also have an anxiety disorder, which is controlled with medication so I don't know why it would still be high. I'm not anxious anymore.

I'm not a huge fan of the super hairy to the point where its poking out all ends of his shirt lol. But I don't have an issue with chest hair. As long as he has good hygiene and smells fresh and manly, I'm all for it!
