A realistic (and healthy!) goal is to lose 1-2 lbs per week. People that lose 7-10 a week are the ones that have a LOT of weight to lose - it comes off quicker in the beginning the bigger you are. Good luck!

I do not eat my exercise calories either BUT if you were burning huge amounts of calories each day you would NEED to make up at least some of the deficit.

I agree with what another person said - stay away from processed foods! Try packing fresh salads or wraps for lunch plus fresh fruits and veggies (with hummus!?) to snack on and stay away from the processed foods like lean cuisines and bars! Good luck!

Try almond butter! Tastes delicious and is better for you than peanut butter. :)
