made it to the gym 3 days this week... tonight after work i will be taking my four legged friend for a nice long walk... the trail i am hoping to take her to is 1.5 miles once around... will see how i feel after 1 lap and maybe take a second one...

not doing so great today with my food... did not prepare for the day like i usually do... back on track going forward.. :/

made it to the gym again yesterday... planning on gym time again today... my legs and butt are definitley feeling it... i work all my muscles but have have focusing alot on my legs to strengthen them for some big hikes this summer...

very happy with how i ate yesterday.. i have a habit of snacking after dinner, mostly from boredom not hunger.. last night i told myself you don't need that snack so i didn't.. one step in the right direction... today's food is planned and logged... i am ready for the day.. have a wonderful and successful day

if there is anyway you could go during hours and have someone give an orientation.. i go to my local rec center and employees will help / answer questions.. the machines have directions on them and i sometimes watch others to see how they do it...

i so totally understand where you are coming from as i wonder the same.. i have struggled for years... i get cravings give in.. my hubby seems to work through his cravings... he loses so fast and i seem to find what he loses LOL... wish i had an answer but nice to know that i am not alone.. good luck on your journey

i love walking my pup.. i have an 18month old pit/lab mix and she loves going on walks and hikes.. she wears a back pack and carries her water, treats, water bowl and extra poo bags.. i would not trust anyone outside of my immediate family to walk her...
