i have made it to the gym 3 days this week... 2 of those were before work... if the weather holds out my dog and i will go for a walk after work...

went to the gym this morning before work... hit my step goal by 10am.. if we don't get any storms this afternoon i am planning on taking my dog for a walk after work, otherwise i will get some housework done or maybe some sewing...

slack on exercise yesterday... today i dragged my butt out of bed early and was at the gym at 4am... got a workout in before work... i have plans after work and knew i wouldn't be able to work out... i am at almost 11,000 steps and it's only noon... normally i would only be at around 4000 steps...

had a small hiccup this morning but i am back on track... my youngest son is taking us out to dinner tonight so that will be challenge... i tend to stick with my usual instead of venturing and trying new things.. i keep telling myself to try new things... so we shall see if i can stay away from the calzones B)

i have my fitbit and MFP synced with eachother and that is the only activity that gets logged... i feel it is more accureate than the numbers MFP has

i have hit my step goal 8 days in a row.. i don't know that i have hit more than 5 days since getting my fitbit a couple years ago... this is motivating to keep pushing.. i walk during my breaks at work, been going to the gym and taking my dog for a walk... today will be alot of the same as yesterday...

i wear a size 10 and sometimes have the same issues.. i have issues with tendons in both my feet and have been told by my doctor to wear a stiff/heavier shoe.. i was wearing some pretty light shoes (skechers)... i am currently wearing ascics and my feet feel really good.. i also wear heel cups for some extra padding.. when…

did alot of walking over the weekend... i got over 32,000 in two days... i will be walking during breaks and going to the gym after work today...

haven't been active in this group over the weekend.. weekends are hard as we do alot of errands and getting things done around the house.. my food wasn't perfect but it was better than it had been in the past on the weekend... today is planned and should be on point... have a great day..

Mines open. i was hesitant at first. Mine is only open for my friends to see. Like you i eat wings and pizza. go over my calorie goal. I look at others diaries and get ideas for myself.
