Arches are somewhat flat. I don't like skateboard shoes though, was looking more for info on standard tennis shoes. Also I have insoles that my podiatrist gave me already so I am set there.

I weigh in every week through fitbit which updates to this website, so calculations of calories needed does change over time for me. When I started my daily intake was much much higher and it has consistently gone down.
-
Thanks, if my little binge did not work I will give that a try.

I didn't want to get rid of the Wheat Thins because I thought they were totally bad, but they have a lot of salt and I eat a good amount of them per day and while I keep my limits on fat, sugar, and protein in check I can't seem to ever stay under my salt limit, in fact i usually am way over it. I don't have high blood…

I stayed stagnant for about 3 1/2 weeks, I normally lose about 2-4 pounds a week. I weigh every single thing that I eat. I also tend to eat the same exact stuff day after day. It worked so I kept eating it. I would make small changes here and there but for the most part my diet was pretty similar day after day. I know that…

That thought has crossed my mind I will be honest, but I don't think of my weight in that way. It might something else mentally but just not sure if it is that exactly. Gonna spend the next month trying to break through this barrier as hard as possible.

I am tracking using MFP so it has adjusted itself as I have lost weight.
-
See my ticker below....yep...all lost using walking as my primary exercise. It does help, but the biggest and most important aspect of losing weight is your calorie intake.

Great Job! P.s. It says in your profile that you are 94 years old. I am gonna assume that is a mistake, if not congrats lol.

I usually weigh myself twice a week. I try to do only once a week but its too tempting not to, but I have finally gotten to the point where if what I see on the scale isn't positive I know that it doesn't really mean anything because on my main weigh in date all will be good.

OMG, get new friends!

Here is my progress so far. Still have 150lbs to go.

I think one of the most important things to success is to not deny yourself the unhealthy foods all the time. I have at least one unhealthy meal every week, but I log those calories and move right on and so far its helped me lose quite a bit of weight. One of the reasons most people fail is that they think they need to eat…

I do 10,000 steps at least a day and eat around 2300-2750 calories a day and I lose 3-4 pounds a week on average. One thing to remember when you are as big as us is that our bodies will hold onto a lot of water weight and our weight will largely vary over the week. I don't weigh myself very often because my body goes up…

Look at my ticker....all done with a fitbit my friend.

My calories between fitbit and MFP sync up pretty close. Log in to MFP and make sure your weight is logged correctly. MFP used to allot me like 400 more calories then fitbit but once I made sure the weights were the same both totals are pretty much the same. Remember that that number changes all day long.

Took me about 8-9 months to lose my first 100, but I am a guy and its a little easier for men, but that said you can still accomplish that if you put your mind to it...Good Luck and if you want friend me in case you need some support and motivation.

Also like others have said you are gonna have a large weight loss in your first month, but a lot of that is all the built up water weight leaving your body. If you exercise and stay at your current calorie limit you should lose somewhere around 10-12 pounds a month. This might seem slow compared to how fast you lost to…

I am in the exact same boat as you. I started at 538lbs. I am now just over 400 and I eat about 2500-2700 calories a day and I can lose about 4lbs a week. I have noticed that since I started eating less then I did when I lost my first 100+ lbs that I tend to have more plateaus, but I also have more weeks where I have large…

108 at 5 foot seems like a pretty nice weight to be at if you ask me. If you still think you are fat at that weight you may need some counseling because you may have a body disorder. Nothing to be ashamed about as it happens to a lot of people these days.
-
If you are doing this for the approval of others then you might as well quit now. Do it because you know that it will make you feel and look better. People will notice, but like others have said, some people just don't like talking to others about their weight.

I grab a large hammer and give myself a hard smack on the head. I wake up 10-15 hours later and for some reason my craving is gone......along with my ability to do math.

True you don't earn a lot, but the amount does fluctuate each week. If the amounts were higher you would just have people signing up to try and rip of Pact. The key is to set a reasonable goal. Even with a modest goal you can make 100 bucks or more in less then a year. Granted that is not a lot of money, but for doing…

Pact works just fine and is very legit. There is a little bit to learn in order to make sue you don't have something happen like what happened with you. Most negative reviews of pact are from people who just could not figure it out or are mad because they over estimated how much they were willing to do and got bit on the…

Hard to admit but I am now 36 and I have never had a girlfriend. I have hated myself so much that I never put myself out there. I had a few dates in my 20's but have been alone pretty much all my life. Every person I know tells me I am funny and easy going but all I see is my obesity and can't imagine having anyone put up…

See my ticker, all that weight lost using fitbit and MFP.....nuff said.

From a guys perspective I can tell you that a lot of men find women of all shapes and sizes sexy. So I would not worry about his browser history. Personally I have always been attracted to almost any size or shape, but what it comes down to in the end is personality, at least for me.

If you still have loose skin a year after you have lost all your weight then the only way to get rid of it is surgery. If its not much skin you could always bulk up a bit with some heavy lifting and fill that skin in a bit with muscle, but if its a lot of skin that will ony help so much.

I have had great success using fitbit. Every single pound I have lost so far has been while using a fitbit device. There is a great community out there of fitbit users who will answer any questions you have. I am an admin for a Facebook group called "The Red Tennis Shoe Group" It is made up of fitbit users. Fitbit is a…

I started at 538lbs and I started at the gym when I was 420lbs. Don't let other people keep you from getting to your goals. Try and find a nice gym with a relaxed atmosphere. I know there are some gyms that are not really gyms but more like night clubs where fit people hang out....stay away from those types of gyms.
