-
Thanks, will give some of that a try.

I tried the rice things, they were awful to me, will give the veggie chips a try though. Thanks!

That is a good bit as well, still probably more healthy then mine lol.

Tell him unless he wants to go through that again he needs to give up 90% of the junk he drinks. Water is your best bet from here on in, and I know its not easy. I was so addicted to soda as well. But its been nearly two years since I had one and I can honestly say I don't crave them anymore. I have snapple tea every now…

Thanks, I hope that you are successful in your goals.

Thanks for the support everyone! I truly appreciate it!

Do yourself a favor and go find a 5lbs weight. If you don't have one go to a sports store. Pick that weight up and walk around the store with it for 20 minutes. I bet you will change your perception of weight loss. That 5 pounds is much heavier then you think.

Easier...well yes technically we do have it a bit easier since we can eat a lot more. When I started at 530lbs I could eat nearly 4000 calories a day and still lose like 3-4 pounds a week. So I can understand the frustration women must have since they usually have very low calorie goals compared to men. That said even 4000…

Whatever you do don't run to surgery right away. If your excess skin is moderate to light then there is a chance that the skin will contract a bit over the course of a year or two. If after that the skin gets worse or not any better then its not gonna get any better. You can do some hardcore ab exercises and it add tone to…

It can take some time before you really notice your weight loss. 30 Pounds is a lot of weight to lose and you should be proud. I have lost 130 pounds so far and it was only around 75 pounds down that I even started to notice real changes on my body. To you the change is gradual so you get used to it over time. I would take…

Thanks, that was an interesting documentary. I am now planning on getting my RMR checked every 6 months so I can keep an eye on my metabolism.

Thanks, I do think that I will try and find some kind of hobby to keep my brain busy. I know that I have been depressed and its been a struggle with it for the last 20 years of my life. As far as church goes that is kind of out of my realm as an Atheist and all, but I am sure it could be a comfort to some.

I have lost over 100lbs and I don't eat until its around noon or 1pm. Doesn't mean a damn thing.
-
No, 100lbs since late January lol . I only signed up for MFP in May.

2 grand for this seems crazy. For a grand I will come to your house and smack you around for a month each time you try and eat something unhealthy.

Thanks, I am not worried about Gluten, does not effect me. I just really wanna lose the sodium and sugar.
-
Thanks for the suggestion. I hate popcorn, but I will try that dressing.
-
Actually I dont think I have ever had hummus, might have to give it a try.
-
Ok, thanks, will look for them next time.
-
All sound pretty good...Thanks

Where can you find those?

I can highly recommend the any of the fitbit devices. I currently use a one and am getting a flex to replace it. Counting calories is only half the battle, without some exercise you won't be as motivated to stay on your diet. As someone who has seen great success with a fitbit, lost over 90 pounds so far, here is one tip…

I have been using a fitbit one and its been great. I just ordered the new wrist version they came out with. But I would recommend the fitbit as it has more support from third party apps and such since its way more popular then the jawbone.
