How is everyone doing today?! I am feeling motivated and excited! 30 lbs less by Christmas would be awesome! My sister is getting married in March so I am trying to lose weight so I am not the biggest bridesmaid!! SO far so good! I took it and hated it. It suppressed my appetite wayyy to much and made me feel like I was going crazy. I decided to stick to the old fashioned way of staying full. Drinking lots of water.

Ha ha!! I need to pay better attention next time I go to the gym...
