  • You have found several new areas to apply deoderant.
  • You are always on the look out for something to lean on or sit against, especially if you have to sit cross legged on the floor.
  • bump, i havn't heard of any but the people of walmart/ text from last night stuff
  • As much as I don't agree with this, when it comes down to it she has every right to do it. This is no different than any other eating disorder. Instead of dressing like a *kitten* she is getting fatter, to each their own. My only concern would be if she has children. I watched a news story about the women who is attempting…
  • I think face, you can always change a body ( for the most part). I have always been the pretty face with the not soo good body so I guess I feel like I can't judge peoples bodies.
  • The protein and fiber is very low on here. Protein keeps you full and it will not hurt you. For more info, use the search tap and you can find lots of other posts like this to help answer your questions.
  • I am not sure, it is all in the label, i am willing to bet it is better then eggos though. I usually have kashi oatmeal with berries, kashi go lean crunch with coconut milk and berries or organic greek yogurt with berries.
  • there is a podcast by The Nutrition Diva that goes over this, only about 5 minutes.
  • I really think the main message is that Greek Yogurt doesn't mean healthy..
  • Nope, not really, they bread has the same stuff in it and the meats are just scrapings mushed together from the butchers floor. The "chicken breast" is just a large unbreaded chicken nugget. Yes you can get more veggies on request but the meat is just the same as it would be at anyother fast food place.
  • I only get the veggie with sweet onion dessing and shredded cheese, I bet even that has perservatives on it. The chicken there is made just like a chicken nugget at a fast food place, died and chemial treated. I rather go and get a ton of veggies then a burger made of strange cow bits, but it is wong for people to think no…
  • set your ratios to 40/30/30 carbs, fat, and protein. only eating 20 g a day is not realistic and you will just set yourself up to fail. if you have insulin resistance low carb is a must, carbs are converted to sugar, that is why many people need to limit them. when you do eat carbs shoot for lots of fiber, this helps the…
  • Greek yogurt. not sure how long your commute is but if it is less then 45 minutes it should be good. For work I will sometimes measure out a cup of coconut milk and a half cup of berries into a container that seals really well, I then measure out cearel into a plastic baggie and combine once I get to where I need to go…
  • almonds, Kashi makes an awesome isntant oatmeal, you could heat up water with the coffee put
  • I go straight from work to school and one of my plans was to bring a thermos with soup or other things. You could bring the food in a container to work, heat it up there and then put it in the thermos before you go. That way it can be nice and warm. I was planning on bringing soups, but things like noodles would work well.
  • I see where it is coming from. My old boss was very slender. But she smoked, and only ate food from the gas station. At the same job another girl was naturally very slim but all she ate was fast food. I would rather be me with some extra weight and good eating then freakishly skinny stuffing my face with fast food. Yeah…
  • you can try mixing light sour cream with powdered ranch, it is an amaxing with veggies
  • EAT! if you know you get hungry late at night, allocate calories for it. The issue with late night snacking is people tend to let their guard down and over eat. I listent o a lot of fitness podcasts and they all say that is fine to eat the moment till you go to bed as long as you are within your calories
  • Prue Protein Plus at Sams Club, good amount of protein, low carb, 130 cals
  • It is all in the portion sizes. Invest in a food scale and log everything! You will be amazed how much you are eating. For me at least, I though stuff was heathy because it was in the natural foods section but once I logged it I realized it was terrible.
  • coconut milk? I it is 90 cals a serving and 9 carbs. Not that bad and tastes amazing!
  • This makes me think of everytime my boyfriend uses a public bathroom he comes back out and reports someone has peed all over the walls of floors or something. What is wrong with people!?
  • Whats wrong with bacon? I get center cut bacon and it is 3 slices for 70 cals and half the sodium of the normal stuff. I just recently found Kashi oatmeal that has 9 g of protein and 25 carbs but a good deal of fiber so the net is really good. Greek yogurt makes a great snack. Lunch is always tricky. Salads are good of…
  • Haha, how silly. This is unfortunate because they taste the best when they are a little brown, they have more banana flavor.
  • I eat breakfast between 7-8 am, then a snack 2 hours later, then lunch at 12, and a snack at 2 or 3. I would suggest altering this type of schedule for you work shift. By eating every two or three hours you don't get so hungry, and it helps with planning. You can set up yoru diary to reflect the times you want to eat. I am…
  • someone needs to wear an HRM and report their findings...
  • My diary is open, I don't always do well at night, but feel free to look at how I do the rest of the day. The night before I plan out and enter all my food for the next day except dinner. I would suggest doing the same thing. Things like greek yogurt, and veggies and dip are good snacks. Apples with almond butter are super…
  • Coconut milk is as much protein as reg milk, if you can spare an extra 50 calories it tastes wayyyy better then almond milk. Plain greek yogurt can have a lot of protein, mix it with some thawed berries and it turns nice and sweet. I also recomend edamame beans. I get them in the natural foods freezer section, heat them up…
  • i would recomend a food scale for sure. I will often measure out a 100g of something then use google to find out the calories and find a similar entry in MFP. I have heard to people purchasing measuring cups of sites like Amazon to make it easier. BTW 1 cup is 8 oz
  • If you just introduced a lot of new exercise then your body could be retaining fluid. Just keep it up!
