I have been a Curves member since Jan 2006. I love it. I average 5 to 6 days a week and started Zumba with the circuit in January and it is great. Healthy eating is mandantory as I lost 60 pounds and then gained back about 40 - still doing Curves every day but eating way too many calories. On track again now with Curves…

I have started 30 day shred and I use a HRM to track my calories and added it in my exercises as Jillian Michaels Shred:smile:

I have a HRM that I use to track my calories and added Wii Zumba to my exercises.

I added Curves with Zumba to my exercises and use a HRM to monitor my calories. If you know your calorie burn, just add Zumba as an exercise in your exercises.

I purchased Zumba for wii and have HRM that shows calories and I can work up a real sweat and get a great calorie burn with 20-30 minutes of this. I also have the wii fit and get a good workout with it as well, although I haven't checked calorie burns with it. If you are getting your heart rate up and sweating - you are…

Don't worry so much about the scale - how are your clothes feeling. You may be buiding muscle (which weighs more than fat) and losing those inches. I don't really care as much about the number on the scale as how I look and feel in my clothes. You are doing great and celebrate the small victories.

9 lbs in two weeks is awesome. I only lost 11 in a month and was very excited. You will always have discouraging days, but just keep doing what you are doing because it is obviously working.

I have stopped eating fried foods. Boy, do I feel better. I still have the chicken, potatoes, etc. that I loved fried, but now I eat them baked, grilled, broiled, etc. Just as good but much better for me.
