The key hun is to modify the ingredients you would normally use. For example.....ackee and salt fish! Replace saltfish with sardine ans steam the ackee(ackee high in saturated fats so keep that in mind). Add me we can share recipes.:)

Hey hun. Walk more less stress on your body. Eat more protien and fat n less carbs. Its hard at first but your body adjusts. Calculate your calories to maintain and then take 500-1000 of that number. Haha im on a 1400 and today iv decided to cheat....going to work out tonite. Just had toast with spinach n egg for breaky n a fruit for lunch....so have quiet alot of calories left for dinner.lol
