Hi Guys. I'm trying to loose weight eating healthy Caribbean food #Jamaican so that when I go back home I'm slim again - any suggestions and recipes? Especially ital

    You can eat all of your favorite foods but in moderation.

    The key to losing body weight successfully is to eat at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested)
    Buy yourself a food scale, weigh everything you eat and log it at MFP
    If you eat at a deficit, you will lose body weight

    The key hun is to modify the ingredients you would normally use. For example.....ackee and salt fish! Replace saltfish with sardine ans steam the ackee(ackee high in saturated fats so keep that in mind). Add me we can share recipes.:)
