Welcome to MFP! 97 days, since the beginning of the new year. Not a New Year's Resolution, but a lifestyle change for the better. 24 lbs lost and 70 - 90 more to go.

This site is great!!! You have to make sure you track your food and exercise everday. Even if you are having a bad day. It helps you stay on track. Give it a try for a few months and you will be surprised.

Same thing happened to me this week! Kids bday party... Cake, pizza, salad, etc and still lost weight.

I know it can be frustrating, but you will start losing the weight. Random question: Do you weigh yourself everyday, once-a-week, with clothes, same time of day, etc. Just something to think about if you are not. Keep up what you are doing and you will see results.

I will remind you! The important thing to remember is that you will have those days when you slip and choose not to record what you ate. The important thing is to record your food and exercise no matter what you have eaten or done. The best part of MFP is that is reminds you of what you have eaten and you can make changes…
