They are amazing! I have a pair and when ever I use them, it seems that I can run farther. and since I have been using them, my injury have been going away. If you strictly want running shoes, get the bikila, if you want one that you can use for many things, including running, get the KSO.

my suggestion would be to try to retrain your body that every time you feel the need to eat out of stress, go for a walk or some sort of exercise. Hope that helps, and good for you for recognizing where your weaknesses are :)

yes, you do disk one following the calendar that is provided and after 4 weeks you move onto disk 2 for 5 weeks.

Same here, I have been on here for 25 days and only lost one pound so far, plus I have been working out like crazy!!! I started my workout this morning and then turned it off, just too tired, I will do it later today though.... :)
