I am 5'3 and I weigh 214 as of today. I have lost 60lbs. My first goal is to get under 200 then by second goal would be to loose 100lbs. I worry though because I already have skin that sags and shows no sign of firming up. I am happy though withh what I have lost.I will try to post before & after pics

Stevia has different flavored typesof sweetners. The vanilla is awesome. i can't give up my creamer but I don't use flavored.

I drink Shakeology with almond milk. I don't have time to cook before I go to work! keeps me full and regular!

Way to go keep it up! I had a friend the other day ask me about my weight loss. I have lost 50.. She said" if you keep it off". Don't listen to any negative people that you may encounter! You will keep it off!

How do you get in all your calories. Ijust logged my food and excercise. It said I earned and extra 1300 . How do u get it in there . There is no way i can. I am doing good to get in the 1900.

That is how I took mine, In a shot form. The doctor i went to did not, DID NOT ecomnd the herbal stuff. Said it can very dangerous.

eXCEPT, I am not lightly active. Seriously. its 6 hours of walking. When we are having a realyl busy day I dont stop walking. I have two buildings I go back and for the between. I walk dogs to potty two times a day not to mention the day care and grooms that drop off.

I lost weight on the HCg diet,.Mine was followed by a Doc. I lost 20lbs while on it. I continue to lose weight. You are only on the 500 cal while taking the drops/shots. I had plenty of fat stored so I was not going to starve.

Hi i started out at 275. Right Now I am at 225. I havebeen working out atthe Y and using some Beachbody products. I have BodyGospel and Turbo jams.
