Bump for future reference. Thanks for the clear explanation!

It's like dessert when you eat it with strawberries or grapes! Yum!

I tried them all, and the only one I really like is Oikos lime, with a handful of almonds added to it. I pretend it's key lime pie :)

Pears and cottage cheese is my favorite! And mixing cottage cheese with yogurt, as another poster mentioned, is not only a healthy, filling snack, but a pretty tasty combination. Also, I love Ritz crackers with cottage cheese and salad supreme sprinkled on top. Mmm...

It took me a while to actually make these, but now that I have...THANK YOU! They are so easy and delicious!

Oh, and gum in every flavor can help when I want to graze in front of the computer!

I didn't look too far back into your diary, but your snacks are mostly under 200 calories, so I think they're reasonable. One thing I noticed is that your favorite bagel/bread is taking up a chunk of your calories. Maybe look into some different options for that. I like the Thomas bagel thins. Here's a quick, easy idea for you all: Drop a spoonful of pesto on each fillet and bake. Yum!

Ask around- work, neighborhood, church, etc...maybe you will get lucky and find someone who can manage the same schedule. Consider this,…

You look fabulous! And thank you, thank you for the words of encouragement to all of us. You are an inspiration.

Yep. My Grandparents raised one for the meat. Grandma used to make buffalo meat loaf for us all the time and I thought it was great! Haven't had it in a few years, but if I remember correctly is was really flavorful, but not overpowering, and in truth, not all that different from beef.

I love Curves! It works for me. And despite some people thinking it's only for the old or obese, I was neither when I started. I joined at age 32 and weighed 150 lbs at the time (I'm 5'7"). While I didn't lose weight, I lost 15 inches the first 6 months! Sadly, I took my daughter roller-skating for her birthday and fell on…
