Me, circa 2011. Well, not "me" me, but you get the picture.

No. Micro-nutrients are important for sustenance. Poop-teas and miracle fat-melters and metabolism revver-uppers are not. Quite the contrary, in fact. Edit: OP, I get the feeling that you aren't here for learning or advice, but for validation. Nobody can convince you to do x or y or z. Go ahead and do what you feel is…

I know, right? My boyfriend and I call each other fat all the time, sometimes teasingly and sometimes out of concern. It would've been a different story if it were done out of spite/hate/jealousy, because then the problem goes much deeper, obviously. But if that is not the case, I fail to see the reason to "break up" lol.

Ignore the snark. Understand the actual answer. NONE of the pills work. I wish they did, we all wish they did. But, unfortunately, they don't.

If I'm not mistaken, teatox removes water weight by giving you diarrhea. Not completely sure, though.

I've always been a large-framed person. So my reaction is always Seriously, though, tell them it hurts you. I'm sure they'll stop.

Seems like a sad, insecure little man. I'd have (verbally) punched him in the groin if I were you.

As your past should have taught you by now, magic pills don't work (yes, magic pills). As an aside, read this. It's a little funny, a little pathetic, and mostly a good warning. Please don't listen to @Dani_________ https://jeffvrabel.com/2010/01/14/warning-oily-discharge-ahead/

Getting to a low bf% and building muscle helps, but it's mostly dictated by genetics, as ninierbuff said. As a side note, even Jillian Michaels has cellulite. So, yeah. Crappy genetics.

I started with a BMI of 30.0, and at this point, despite some setbacks, I'm 10 lbs away from a healthy BMI of 25. All it takes is a bit of patience, mindfulness and math. You shouldn't get lipo IMO. You're right to be scared.

I hope OP didn't give up already before reading all this advice.

I can't believe this post spawned four pages of debate.

That's all well and good, and I don't doubt that it works, but I think OP needs to re-learn how to eat long-term. Like the name suggests, this is a short-term fix. And from the tone of her comments, it seemed to me that she is sick of restricting foods. Maybe the right step for her at this point would be to eat normally…

OP, read these threads because I don't think you've been able to fully grasp the concept of CICO, judging by your posts (I am assuming here): http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1…

Cottage cheese and spinach with bread (the Indian food version of that, anyway). Pretty healthy and absolutely delicious :relieved:

If I understand you correctly, you have to star the thread. Top right, below bell etc., and next to the title.

Are you sure you are not suffering from anhidrosis/hypohidrosis? It is difficult to diagnose. It's the inability of the body to sweat normally, which can lead to overheating and more complex conditions. It's probably nothing, but doesn't hurt to get checked out.
