I try not to eat the extra calories I get but I totally do sometimes. You need a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. Which means, you need to burn more than you ate. This is GREAT advice! I second the YouTube idea! Cheaper than buying a ton of DVDs for sure! Definitely work up to running in short bursts! Eventually you'll be running almost the whole time and walking in short bursts!

I don't think you're over working out. Walking and yoga are pretty low impact. So it might be a long time to devote to exercise, but its definitely not going to overwork your body.
