I only log during the week now that I've gotten down to where I want to be. So, Mon-Fri I eat btwn 1200 and 1600 depending on my workout for the day. 5. I aim to have at least 400 cal…
  • Girl, same thing over here!!! I will never take my skeletal system for granted again!!! I love seeing my collar bone and just the tiniest outline of my pelvis. My husband of five years (almost) says the same thing to me. And I respond with, "I FEEL great". It is so great to feel sexy again. Congrats to you :)
  • I'm a fan of oatmeal! I had recently burned myself out on it though, eating it every stinking day. Today I rekindled my love!! I'm 5'0" and 128lbs now , wooooo hooooooo!! So for me, I eat 1/3c of quick oats and usually add 1tsp of cinnamon and splenda. Today, I opted for one tsp of brown sugar and one tsp of local honey!!…
  • Ask her to split them with you. Tell her you are keeping an eye on the the things you eat and want to be healthy. At 11, I think she'll understand. And I like that someone said, next time bake with her. The two of you could come up with some healthier versions.....google it, Dad ;)
  • I AM GETTING A LIFT with small implants. But, only after I'm done having kids. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old, both breastfed and my boobs are 100% different. I HATE them. I am 5 feet tall and before kids, weighed 120lbs, size 4, and wore a size 34B bra (barely). After baby 2 (and some weight loss), I was 160lbs,…
  • I'm pretty crazy about this weight loss thing, so I def don't eat any more cals than anyone else. But I can see how you could. Kids snack all the time and even if you grab an animal cracker or two, that could surely add up. I have two babies. My oldest is 3 and my youngest is 1. I have lost ALL my baby weight, including…
  • I do that EVERY week day. I try to keep my breakfast under 200 cals because I am very particular about having afternoon snacks ;) I workout Monday through Friday and my goal burn is 600 calories. So, most days, after my workout, I'm negative 400. It doesn't really matter at that instant, but it def shouldn't be like that…
  • You have to add it yourself. I did some research and it seems, once you aren't feeding through the night anymore, you burn about 100 cals per nursing session. You burn upwards of 600 cals a day for a newborn, but only about 400 for a six to 12 month old. Good luck :) I always love the "free" cals!!
  • YESSSSSSSS!!!!!! You need food! You HAVE to eat to lose weight. I know it sounds kind of phony, but your body really does go into starvation mode if you aren't getting enough cals. It will store anything you put in because it doesn't know when there will be more coming. More importantly, if you cut down too much, you are…
  • I like cheese too :) all kinds!!! I also snack on fruit, nuts, and Hershey's kisses. Only 22 cals in one kiss!!!!! Excellent way to get a sweet treat. and hey, why not have a few??
