Anyone know if there is a way to figure in the calories burned breastfeeding?

  • You have to add it yourself. I did some research and it seems, once you aren't feeding through the night anymore, you burn about 100 cals per nursing session. You burn upwards of 600 cals a day for a newborn, but only about 400 for a six to 12 month old. Good luck :) I always love the "free" cals!!
  • great question! i didnt know i could subtract for this :) happy mommy!

it is in the food data base. add it like you would food. it is based on number of ounces you produce and will give you negative calories.
