I just started Crossfit after not being able to take off any weight for awhile. I have loved every minute of it and I'm so glad that I took the plunge.

I have that problem too! People always think I weigh less than I do, and I'm in really good shape (I recently put my 6'4 coworker on my back and carried him up 2 flights of stairs) but I constantly think I'm "pudgy"and "fat" I have a scale, but I've decided to ignore it because it doesn't give me any satisfaction.

Insanity is shorter (like 45). Turbo fire gets up to 60 but most days it is between 20-45... there is one workout that is only 15. I would do Turbofire before I did Insanity. Insanity is STUPID HARD. Just keep doing them. Every morning I'm like "not this again" but I do it and I'm all like "I'm a flippin champion". Then I turn into a goldfish and the cycle starts all over again. Also, get a heart rate monitor. I know my calories burned is right because I always wear my bodybugg

I have cyclothymia and an anxiety disorder. It got better when I started exercising and eating right ... I am still on medication, but I am doing much better.

P90X unless you are already in reasonably good shape. I did Turbo Fire/ Turbo Fire P90X Hybrid/ P90X & now Insanity. Makes my Turbo Fire (which used to kill me) look like childs play.

I don't own one anymore. That's how hardcore I was when I said I divorced mine. I just eat right, work out, & use my clothes as a measurement to success. Screw the scale.

I teach it! Its a ton of fun, really gets the heart rate up & burn a lot of calories! Just don't be afraid of not knowing the choreography at first, everyone feels a little silly.

Back when I was a 38G (weight loss took me down to a small DD...probably a D but I'm holding onto hope!!) it was the Nike Swift. I still have pretty heavy breasts so I still wear them. I find that if it hooks in the back and has adjustable straps its better. Good luck!
